Do I have to pay a deposit at the moment of reservation?

Cancellations or modifications are always FREE OF CHARGE.

At the moment of the reservation, we will ask you for a guarantee. You should provide us with your credit card details (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, UnionPay) and expiry date. We reserve the right to temporarily hold an amount, which would be calculated in accordance with the cancellation policy before arrival, and you can see it during the online reservation. For no-show or late cancellation, the amount will be charged as a penalty fee, calculated in accordance with the cancellation policy. The total payment for the stay will be done upon arrival in cash.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in starts from 2:30 pm until 10 pm. Check-out is until 10 am. On your departure day, if you want to spend some hours around Tropea, you can leave your luggage for free at our front desk.

Just to let you know, if the apartment or rooms are ready before check-in time, we can let you check in early. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate late check-outs, but, of course, you can leave your luggage at the reception.

Do you offer Internet connection?

Yes, of course. We offer a free high-speed WiFi connection throughout the accommodation.

Where can I park my car?

Free public parking is available nearby the accommodation (reservation is not possible).

Do you provide a shuttle service?

Yes, the rate is 80 EUR per ride for two people. For more than two people, there is an additional charge of 15 EUR per person, with a maximum occupancy of 4 guests per car. The price varies from 11 pm to 7 am. Please contact us for more information.

Can I smoke in the room?

Sorry, all our rooms are non-smoking. There are terraces where you can smoke.

Are dogs/pets allowed?

We are sorry, but we do not accept pets in our accommodation rooms. Only small pets are allowed on request in the Bella Tropea Suite apartment. Please contact us for more information.

Is there a deposit for bags?

Yes, you can leave your luggage at the reception.

Are the rooms or the apartment on the ground floor?

Please note that the rooms of the accommodation are located in a building with no lift. The Bella Tropea Suite apartment is on the ground floor.

Is there a private beach?

We have an agreement with some private beaches that you can reach in 5 minutes by walking. We will indicate them upon your arrival, and the payment should be made directly to them.
