Why is it better to book directly from our official website?

Booking directly on our official website allows you to avoid commissions from other platforms and access the best online rates, available only here. The process is easy, secure, and compliant with PCI DSS standards, ensuring full protection of your credit card data and privacy.

Do I need to pay a deposit when booking?

Cancellations or modifications are FREE if made within the specified terms.

At booking, a credit card guarantee (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, UnionPay) is required. It is used only in case of no-show on the check-in day.

The property may pre-authorize an amount before arrival according to the cancellation policy. Full payment is made upon arrival.

What are the check-in and check-out times? Is early check-in possible?

  • Check-in: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

  • Check-out: by 10:00 AM

If your room or apartment is ready, early check-in may be available. You may also leave luggage at the reception both on arrival and departure. Please respect the check-out time to allow preparation for the next guests.

Is there internet access?

Yes, Wi-Fi is free, and the password is available in your room.

Where can I park my car?

Free parking is available near the property on a quiet residential street.

Do you provide airport shuttle service?

Yes, a private shuttle service is available:

  • 90 EUR per trip for 2 people

  • +15 EUR per additional person (up to 4 passengers)

Can I smoke in the room?

All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed only outdoors, on terraces or balconies.

Are pets allowed?

  • Pets are not allowed in the property.

  • Small pets are allowed only in the Bella Tropea Suite with prior notice. Extra fees may apply.

Can I leave my luggage?

Yes, luggage can be left at the reception upon departure.

Are rooms or the apartment accessible on the ground floor?

  • All rooms are in a building without an elevator

  • Bella Tropea Suite apartment is on the ground floor

Is there a private beach?

We have agreements with local beach clubs, reachable on foot in 5 minutes. Guests receive a special rate, with payment made directly to the beach club.
